How long does it take from order to installation?

Typically 2–3 weeks from design approval to installation. We measure first, share the 3D design, get your sign-off, then fabricate. Installation is usually 1–2 days. We give you a confirmed installation date before anything begins.
Do you work on HDB flats? Any restrictions?

Yes — HDB BTOs and resale flats are our bread and butter. All work complies with HDB guidelines. Built-in carpentry within your own unit doesn't require any special permits. We know every standard HDB room size and can maximise every centimetre of your space.
Can I fully customise the internal compartments?

Absolutely — that's the whole point. We configure every rail height, drawer depth, shelf position, and hidden compartment around how you actually use your clothes and space. 30+ internal configuration options available. Nothing is off-the-shelf.
What's the difference between your quality and IKEA?

We use E0 moisture-resistant board — European luxury cabinetry grade. Our edge banding is 2mm solid PVC vs the thin foil used in flat-pack. Hinges and slides are Blum and Hafele — the same brands in Bulthaup kitchens. And everything is measured and built to your exact space, not adapted from a box.
Can I get a rough price without a site visit?

Yes. A standard HDB 3-door wardrobe typically starts around S$1,800–$2,500. A full walk-in wardrobe runs S$3,500–$8,000+. Send us your room dimensions and wishlist over WhatsApp and we'll give you a ballpark within the day. Confirmed pricing comes after site measurement — no surprises.
What warranty do you offer?

10-year structural warranty on all our work. If anything shifts, warps, or breaks due to workmanship or materials, we fix it — no questions asked. We've been in business for 12 years precisely because we stand behind everything we build.
Do you do carpentry other than wardrobes?

Yes — TV consoles, kitchen cabinets, study desks and shelving, shoe cabinets, platform beds, and partition walls. Many clients come for a wardrobe and end up having us complete their whole home. We offer full-home carpentry packages with bundled pricing.
